Our Mission is offering products of great quality,value,We always want you—our wonderful Costomer—to be completely satisfied with your purchases.and we want to make you happy.If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,We will be more than happy to exchange or issue store credit for unused, unwashed, regular priced items,all shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer,All SALE items are non-refundable and are considered final sale,Credits will be issued in the form of  store credit only.If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it, as it will be rejected from our Returns warehouse in BROOKLYN NY If the order is returned past the 7 day limit or does not meet the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you all shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Any item marked as pre-order or special order Sale price orders using a discount code are considered SALE items cant be EXCHANCE,Gift Certificates are valid ONE YEAR From date of issue and automatically expired AT ONE YEAR.Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1 -5 business days, at which time you will be issued  store credit for the price of the item.Shipping charges are non-refundable.When your order has been returned, you will receive a Store Credit via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.  At this point your store credit will be deducted from your next order.Please TEXT:(631)403-7648 and we will personally handle your transaction to make sure your credit is applied properly.You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product? 

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered— totally our fault, but please understand we are human and busy bees, therefore mistakes will happen, we will do our best to fix it for you!!

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods

We will inspect every piece thoroughly before shipping to you to be sure that your order is in perfect condition.

If your purchase is not fit for purpose, not described correctly,damaged, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a refund or replacement.With 1-2 business day of received your defective product,We will require you to return the item. Include your customer order details with the package, as we cannot process the returned goods without these.Once we receive the items, they will be checked and a replacement or refund will be issue within 2-7 business days.

 

PRE-ORDERS & CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

 

 All preorder’s must be paid for at time of placing the order. Once payment for a preorder item is received we will give an approximate time frame for delivery. Most preorder items will be delivered in a time of 2-5 weeks.

 

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations On PREORDER Ítems

 

 Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date.  As you place your order these items are reserved for you and taken from our available stock.  We then ship them when they arrive in our warehouse,Pre-ordered items are purchased when you place your order and your credit card is charged at that time.Because these items are no longer available for others to purchase, and as our inventory is purchased we re-order available stock. 

If the manufacturer decides not to produce a certain style you will be fully refunded or if they do not ship that style to us for whatever reason, you will also be fully refunded.

 

Shipping

For your protection,we recommend that you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx.COOLKIDSBKLYN is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid.

We are not responsible for items sent without authorization, to return a product you need the correct address that is different from the one we use to send the packages, before returning any package you must contact us.We are not responsible if the product is lost due to sending it to an address that is not authorized by us.

 

 

International Shipping

Coolkidsbklyn ships worldwide. The receiver will be responsible for any/all taxes and customs duties.COOLKIDSBKLYN  is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit. USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate packages are typically delivered within 14 business days. Please note that the U.S. stage of transit is not tracked. Therefore, in the rare event of the goods being delayed, it may be very difficult for our Customer Care Team to trace your package. The only way to track your shipment is to choose the USPS Express shipping services.

For all orders within the United States, we accept: all major credit cards (VISA, AMEX, MC, Discover) and PayPal.
 
We will process your order once payment is made. We cannot guarantee in-stock product availability by the time payment is received. 
 
PAYPAL – PayPal is a FREE service and takes seconds to setup at the end of your order. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay for Nothing Too Fancy items. When checking out, you will be immediately redirected to PayPal.com for payment.We will process your order once payment is completed and cleared. Keep in mind, if choose to pay through Paypal via eCheck or Bank Transfer, those payment types do take a few days to clear. Until then, you may receive reminder emails asking you to submit payment; you can ignore them. We cannot guarantee in-stock product availability by the time payment is cleared. 
 
NOTE: Your shipping address must match the address appearing on your transaction with Paypal.

We will do everything in our power to ship orders the same day we receive them. However, this is not always possible, please allow 1-5 days for your order to be delivered. All orders are shipped with USPS or UPS (United Parcel Service) with tracking numbers sent to your email upon completion of your order. This way you can track your order until it reaches your doorstep. Additional charges for Alaska and Hawaii may apply. Additional charges for expedited shipping will apply.
 
When will my order be shipped?
 
we will take every precaution to keep your order on track for delivery by your due date. Simply let us know when you'd like your order delivered, and we'll do our very best to get your order to you by your due date. You will receive an email confirmation containing your USPS or UPS tracking information when your order is completed and shipped from our facility.
